Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AdsSnap, an ad-preview tool operated by Enygma Digital (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using AdsSnap you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Description of Service

AdsSnap allows you to upload ad creatives (images, HTML5, VAST/VMAP, MRAID, and third-party ad tags) and generate screenshots showing how those creatives appear on real websites across desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports. The service is provided free of charge and is supported by Google AdSense advertising.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AdsSnap to:

• Upload malicious code, malware, or deceptive ad creatives
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights)
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape our API, or overload our infrastructure
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or that promotes illegal activity
• Use the service for competitive intelligence gathering againstEnygma Digital
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without notice.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the ad creatives you upload. By uploading content to AdsSnap, you grant Enygma Digital a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of generating your requested screenshots. This license expires automatically when your files are deleted (within 7 days of job creation).

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and use all content you submit, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. IP Address & Proxy Network Participation

By using AdsSnap and agreeing to these Terms, you consent to your IP address being used as part of Enygma Digital's residential proxy network. This network is used to capture screenshots from websites that block datacenter servers, simulating real-user browsing conditions.

Specifically, this means:

• While you are using AdsSnap, HTTP page requests from otherAdsSnap jobs may be routed through your IP address
• Only standard page load requests are made — no access to your local network, files, cookies, credentials, or browsing history
• Your IP is never shared with or sold to third parties outside ofEnygma Digital's own screenshot infrastructure
• Participation is passive and does not meaningfully affect your browsing performance

Opt-out: You may opt out of proxy participation at any time by clicking “Opt out & delete my data” in the AdsSnap Capture browser extension. Your IP record will be immediately and permanently deleted. Opting out does not affect your ability to continue using the core AdsSnap tool.

6. Advertising

AdsSnap displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Advertisement content is served by Google and is subject to Google's advertising policies. Enygma Digital is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. You agree not to circumvent, block, or interfere with advertisements displayed on the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The AdsSnap name, logo, user interface, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Enygma Digital. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of Enygma Digital's intellectual property to you.

Screenshots generated by AdsSnap that contain your uploaded creative are your property. Screenshots that include third-party website content are generated for preview and quality-assurance purposes only and should not be used for commercial redistribution without the website owner's consent.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of AdsSnap is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• All uploaded files and generated screenshots are auto-deleted within 7 days
• Only the domain (not full URL) of your target site is stored for analytics
• We do not sell your data to third parties

9. Disclaimers

AdsSnap is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated screenshots will perfectly replicate what an end user would see (results may differ due to geolocation, ad targeting, cookie state, and website anti-bot measures).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enygma Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AdsSnap, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Enygma Digital's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for free-tier users, is zero).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enygma Digital and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of AdsSnap, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

12. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AdsSnap(or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
